William F. Becker is a member in the Labor and Employment Department of Frost Brown Todd LLC, where he began his career in 1999. He graduated from Harvard Law School, where he focused his studies on the law of anti-discrimination. Mr. Becker also graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. He earned a B.S. degree in mathematics and a B.A. degree in history, and received awards as the top-ranking student in each subject.
Bill's experience covers all areas of employment law, with an emphasis on wage and hour law, affirmative action, employment discrimination, and harassment. His practice includes both client counseling and litigation. Mr. Becker represents employers both in court and before state and federal administrative agencies. He also has extensive experience with mediation, negotiation and arbitration of employment claims.
Mr. Becker is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Louisville's Brandeis School of Law, where he teaches Dispute Resolution. Bill also serves on the Board of Directors for the Centre College Alumni Association. He devotes his spare time to his church and to the Boy Scouts of America as a volunteer leader, where he is the Seneca District Program Chair and serves on the District Executive Committee. He is a graduate of the Louisville Bar Association's Leadership Academy.
