Mr. Crenshaw is Counsel to Frost Brown Todd, LLC and focuses his practice on construction law and litigation / alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Crenshaw has represented owners, general contractors and trade/specialty contractors in mediation, arbitration and litigation of construction project disputes, including mechanics lien and bond claims, delay and defect claims, bidding, scheduling, extra work and other payment and contract issues. Mr. Crenshaw also counsels construction industry clients on risk management and contract drafting and negotiation matters. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Forum on the Construction Industry, the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel and the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations.
