Robert D. Shank

Mr. Shank is a Member at Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the litigation department.  He represents clients in a wide array of litigation matters, with particular emphasis on products liability, health care litigation, trade secrets, and covenants not to compete.  Rob has had a number of jury and bench trials.  He has also has litigated dozens of trade secret/covenant not to compete cases, including many hearings on temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.  He also serves as the Manager of the firm's Pro Bono Committee for the Cincinnati office.
