Nathan L. Berger

Senior Associate

Nathan L. Berger joined the Corporate Department in 2005. Nathan is an honors graduate from Eastern Kentucky University where he earned his BBA, focusing his studies in the areas of finance and marketing.

Nathan is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. While at Brandeis, Nathan argued in the National Tax Moot Court Competition, where he and his teammates reached the quarter finals. He was also a member of the Brandeis Law Journal and later served as the Senior Articles Editor. His Member Note received the Best Note - Honorable Mention Award and was published in Volume 43 of the BLJ. Nathan received awards for achieving the highest class grade in Business Organizations and Federal Income Taxation. He was selected by the Dean to membership as a Pupil of the Brandeis Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Nathan was inducted into the Brandeis Honor Society in his final year for ranking among the top ten percent of his class.
