Mr. Martin Tucker is a Senior Associate in the Lexington office of Frost Brown Todd LLC. Prior to joining the Firm, he practiced with Sawyer & Glancy PLLC, concentrating on commercial transactions, bankruptcy and restructuring law, business formation, acquisitions, divestures and dissolutions. His experience includes the representation of debtors in possession, creditors, prospective purchasers and acquiring parties and institutional creditors acting in various capacities in a wide variety of bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings.
Before joining Sawyer & Glancy, Mr. Tucker practiced with the Chicago firm of Forrest L. Ingram, P.C.
