J. Kendrick Wells IV

Senior Associate

Mr. Wells joined Frost Brown Todd in 2003 and is a litigator in the Firm's Louisville office.  He regularly counsels clients in contractual disputes and insurance coverage matters.  Mr. Wells has represented plaintiffs and defendants in litigation involving complex contractual issues, injunctions, and a variety of business tort claims including breach of fiduciary duties by officers and former officers, tortious interference, and fraud.  He has also defended clients in cases involving personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and construction defect claims, including mass tort actions arising out of toxic exposure, fires and explosions.
