Ms. Mauer is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the commercial real estate area. She represents clients in a wide array of banking, commercial and real estate matters. She has represented public and private acquirers, targets and investment banks in connection with negotiated and contested mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and proxy contests. Ms. Mauer has worked with a variety of financial institutions that were under a Memorandum of Understanding. In each case, this required working out troubled assets, creating compliance and reporting systems, and preparing loan documents to address regulatory issues.
