Joseph B. Wells

Associate

Joseph Wells is an associate in the Corporate and Business Department in the Cincinnati office of Frost Brown Todd LLC.  He represents and advises clients in the area of financial restructuring.

Joseph earned his undergraduate degree with high distinction from Samford University where he majored in biology and minored in both Spanish and business administration.  While at Samford University, Joseph served as President and 1st Vice President of the Student Government Association.  Joseph also served as Student Province Director and member of the National Circle Standards Committee for Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Fraternity. 

Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School.  While at Vanderbilt University, Joseph served as a class representative on the Vanderbilt Bar Association, served as Vice President and Executive Council member of the Health Law Society, and participated in the Moot Court Competition.  Prior to graduating from law school, Joseph served as intern for U.S. District Judge Karon Bowdre in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Joseph is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
