Daniel Smith is an associate in Frost Brown Todd LLC's Labor & Employment Department. Mr. Smith joined the firm in 2007 after spending two years clerking for Justice Ron Parraguirre of the Supreme Court of Nevada.
Mr. Smith is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served as a member of the Law Review and on the editorial board of Human Rights Quarterly. In 2005, his casenote on the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Lawrence v. Texas was published in the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
